Each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns for sizing, that's not on us.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, that's on us.

Email us at contact@fluffyloves.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll review it and send a free replacement or issue a refund. All requests must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after 30 days won't be eligible.

We keep it simple and fair: if we made a mistake, we'll make it right.
